TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of the raxor-parts.com website, published by KPX PARTS SAS (RCS Bourg-en-Bresse 829 075 381, VAT FR73 829 075 381), implies full acceptance of these terms of service.

1. Products and prices. Prices are displayed in euros, applicable taxes included where due. Product availability may change until the order is validated. KPX PARTS reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or description errors.

2. Orders. A sale is concluded upon receipt of payment in full. KPX PARTS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud or non-payment.

3. Payment. Every order placed on the website requires immediate payment. Accepted payment methods are detailed on our Payment Methods page.

4. Delivery. Lead times run from the order date as defined in our payment terms. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Right of withdrawal. Consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, under the conditions of our Return and Refund Policy. Professional sales are governed by our Professional GTCS.

6. Liability and warranties. The Products are covered by the statutory legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. KPX PARTS's liability is limited under its GTCS.

7. Personal data. KPX PARTS processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Data is used solely for order processing and customer service. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability at: [email protected].

8. Intellectual property. All website content (texts, photos, trademarks, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

9. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Tribunal de commerce de Bourg-en-Bresse.
