SHIPPING POLICY

Preparation and dispatch. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on a business day are prepared and shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. For parts marked "available on order", shipping takes place upon receipt at our warehouse, generally within one week.

Carriers. Depending on weight, destination and the requested speed, we offer the following carriers: Chronopost, TNT (FedEx Express), Colissimo and Mondial Relay. The choice of carrier is up to the Buyer at checkout, from the fastest to the most economical option.

Delivery zones and indicative lead times.

• Mainland France: 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch (Chronopost / Colissimo / Mondial Relay).

• European Union (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Poland, etc.): 2 to 5 business days (TNT / Chronopost International / Colissimo International).

• Switzerland and outside the EU: 3 to 7 business days. Any customs duties and local taxes remain the Buyer's responsibility.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, destination and the selected carrier. The total amount including shipping is displayed before final order validation.

Receipt. Upon receipt, you must check the condition of the parcel and its contents in the presence of the carrier. The note "subject to unpacking" will not be valid in the event of damage. Any reservation must be precisely recorded on the delivery note and confirmed in writing to the carrier within seven (7) days, with a copy to [email protected].
