PAYMENT METHODS

Every order placed on raxor-parts.com is subject to immediate payment. The price is payable in cash, in full, on the order date, through secure payment using the following means:

By bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard). The website uses electronic payment on a secure platform managed directly by our banking partner Crédit Agricole Centre Est. The Buyer's card is debited when the payment is confirmed in the secure environment integrated into the website. The Buyer thereby authorises their bank to debit their card on the basis of the records transmitted through this secure environment, even without a signed invoice. KPX PARTS does not store full card details on its servers; transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

By bank transfer. Payment is made by transfer to the account opened in the name of KPX PARTS with Crédit Agricole Centre Est.

For payments by transfer, the Buyer receives the bank details (RIB) of KPX PARTS by email to have all the information needed to make the transfer immediately. In accordance with SEPA standards, transfers between countries of the European Economic Area are free of charge. The order is validated upon effective receipt of the funds in KPX PARTS's account.

Security. All transactions are processed in a secure environment provided by our banking partner. In the event of suspected fraud, KPX PARTS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
