Payment Methods

Any order placed on the website requires the customer to pay the price immediately. The price is payable in full, in cash, on the day the order is placed, by secure payment, using the following means:

By bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard). The website uses electronic payment on a secure platform managed directly by the CREDIT AGRICOLE banking institution. The customer's card is debited at the moment the payment is confirmed by the customer within the secure payment environment integrated into the website by RAXOR PARTS' financial partner. The customer thereby authorises their bank in advance to debit their card on the basis of the records or statements transmitted through that secure environment, even in the absence of an invoice signed by the cardholder.

By bank transfer. Payment is made by transfer to the account opened in the name of RAXOR PARTS with CREDIT AGRICOLE CENTRE EST. For payment by transfer, the customer receives a copy of RAXOR PARTS' bank details (RIB) by email so they have everything needed to make the transfer immediately. In accordance with the European SEPA standards, transfers made between countries of the European Economic Area are free of charge.
