Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without having to give a reason.

How to return an item. To exercise this right, notify us at [email protected] before the 14-day period ends. After confirmation, return the item within 14 days to: RAXOR PARTS, ZA de Charlemagne, 01380 Bâgé-Dommartin, France.

Condition of returned items. Items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Defective or incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
