RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with European consumer protection law, Buyers acting as consumers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason and without bearing any costs other than those provided below.

Important: Sales on raxor-parts.com are reserved for professional customers. Return conditions for professional orders are governed by our Professional GTCS (Article 5.3).

How to return an item.

1. Notify us of your intention to return before the applicable deadline, at [email protected], specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned.

2. After confirmation and issuance of a return number, ship the item(s) within fourteen (14) days to: KPX PARTS, 8 Rue de Strafay, 01380 Bâgé-le-Châtel, France.

Condition of returned items. Items must be returned complete, not fitted, unused and in their original packaging. KPX PARTS reserves the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the item received is defective or does not match the order.

Refund. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within fourteen (14) days using the same payment method used for the order.

Defective or incorrect item. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will arrange, at our expense, the replacement or full refund of the item, including return shipping costs.
