Is your Daily refusing to start? Do you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key and nothing happens? Then the starter motor definitely needs to be replaced. It is very easy to replace the starter motor on an Iveco Daily. All you need to do is disconnect the battery first. Then all you have to do is disconnect the three wires around the starter motor and you're done!
1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery and move it away to avoid any short circuits.
2. Detach the cable from battery that connects the starter motor to the battery.
3. Remove the starter motor from your Iveco Daily by retie-rod the 3 SCREW.
4. Clean the contacts on the starter motor housing and cable using a suitable cleaning product.
5. Place the new starter in its location and secure it using the 3 SCREW.
6. Connect the cable.
